This role is critical to ensuring accurate payroll processing and benefits administration for a large, multi-state workforce. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for up to 2,000 employees across 20 facilities in multiple states. Manage ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations, including garnishments, bonuses, merit increases, and pay card processing. Handle payroll taxes, compliance, and reporting requirements. Administer benefits and maintain accurate employee records. Utilize advanced Excel functions (formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting. Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Experience: Strong background in payroll processing and benefits administration; multi-state payroll experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel. Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a lively, open-office environment. Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in payroll/accounting. Work Environment 100% onsite in St. Charles, IL.
