Manage ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations, including garnishments, bonuses, merit increases, and pay card processing. Handle payroll taxes, compliance, and reporting requirements. Administer benefits and maintain accurate employee records. Utilize advanced Excel functions (formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting. Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Experience: Strong background in payroll processing and benefits administration; multi-state payroll experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel. Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a lively, open-office environment.
