The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a proven track record of success in handling complex cases.Responsibilities:As a Personal Injury Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to:1. Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in civil litigation proceedings.2. Conducting thorough case investigations to determine the validity of each client’s claim.3. Drafting, filing, and arguing motions and pleadings.4. Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.5. Preparing and presenting cases for trial when necessary.6. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and answering any questions they may have.7. Staying up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and NC State Bar regulations.8. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop effective case strategies.Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.3. Active membership in the NC State Bar.4.
