Senior Attorney
Position Overview
The Senior Attorney will provide expert legal representation and guidance in personal injury cases, managing litigation from inception to resolution. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and options.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in personal injury law.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes in court.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and research abilities.
