Key Responsibilities: Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters involving plaintiff personal injury matters Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials Take and defend depositions Make court appearances and represent clients in various proceedings Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategiesThis is a full-time entry-level position for a motivated attorney seeking to deliver exceptional legal representation on behalf of injured clients. We're seeking an individual with diverse real-world experiences, strong interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm for court room advocacy and client counseling.
