Key Responsibilities• Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling.• Prepare onboarding paperwork and conduct new hire orientations.• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in systems.• Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries.• Assist with timekeeping and payroll processing support as needed.• Coordinate training sessions, performance review tracking, and compliance reporting.• Provide general HR administrative support, including filing and correspondence. Core Competencies• 1-3 years of human resources or administrative support experience.• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, or Paycor preferred). xhuatnn • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
