Key Responsibilities • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.• Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.• Maintain personnel files and update HRIS records.• Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and compliance documentation.• Partner with HR leadership to improve internal processes. Core Competencies • 2-4 years of HR or recruiting coordination experience.• Proficient in Workday, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite.• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
