Key Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Senior: Oversee quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), ensuring accuracy and timeliness using SEC reporting software. Prepare quarterly earnings releases (8-K) and earnings call scripts, including supporting documentation and workpapers. Develop and review supporting schedules for financial statements and disclosures. Manage XBRL tagging and contribute to MD&A and disclosure checklists Support preparation of proxy statements, investor presentations, and press releases. Qualifications of the Financial Reporting Senior: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA required. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge.
