The internship program is designated to prepare students in a real working environment. Working alongside supervisors resolving problems and learning on the fly.Requirements and Minimum Education Level:Enrolled in a BS in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field of studyStrong technical skills specific to flexible production operationsHave completed second year of collegeExperience leading teams to successful conclusionsHave a minimum of 2.5 GPARequires strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members.Grow with one of the North Dakotas fastest-growing companies through our challenging, rewardingInternship/COOP Program.We have several openings for stellar students to sink their teeth into some incredibly challenging and significant work while at the same time highlighting their professional abilities. The completed projects will have a significant impact on the organization, and the work involved will provide some serious learning opportunities for the interns.This program will run full-time hours with a $18/hour stipend.Areas of study needed are as follows:1.
