Requirements and Minimum Education Level:

\t\tEnrolled in a BS in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field of study\r
\t\r
\t\tStrong technical skills specific to flexible production operations\r
\t\r
\t\tHave completed second year of college\r
\t\r
\t\tExperience leading teams to successful conclusions\r
\t\r
\t\tHave a minimum of 2.5 GPA\r
\t\r
\t\tRequires strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.\r
\t\r
\t\tDesire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.\r
\t\r
\t\tSelf-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.\r
\t\r
\t\tInterpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members.\r
