Location: Sycamore, IL
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Handle, move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished product packaging
- Monitor quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Clean and maintain machines and work areas according to company standards
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
- Adhere to food safety and GMP manufacturing guidelines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with manufacturing or machine equipment cleaning preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours (Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM)
- Diligent and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to consistently meet attendance requirements
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
