**Primary Purpose of this Position:**

Our future success relies on our ability to attract, develop and retain top talent. Our Internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited University or College who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work.

**What will you be responsible for?**

+ Corporate interns will gain hands-on experiences while working on various projects throughout the summer:

+ Collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data from various sources, such as financial statements, market reports, industry publications, etc.

+ Creating and/or leveraging financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reports to support business planning and decision making.

+ Evaluating the financial performance, risk, and valuation of different customer proposals, projects, products, or investments.

+ Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats for the business.

+ Staying updated on the latest economic, financial, and industry trends and developments.

+ Participate in centrally-hosted professional development activities.

+ Participate in weekly check-in meetings with members of the team.

+ Participate in day-to-day office activities.

+ Attend a full-cohort week in Colorado during the internship.

+ Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed.

**What are we looking for?**

+ Minimum of a high school diploma and currently pursuing and enrolled to complete a Bachelors degree in a business related discipline at an accredited University or College.

+ Applicants must have completed at least one year of their degree prior to applying and have a graduation date of December 2025 or later.

+ job-related activities in a related field usually acquired through college courses or work-related experience

+ Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in using various software tools and applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik, etc.

+ Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**- Hiring Salary Range:** $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly
