Conducts testing to evaluate process effectiveness.Updates routings, sketches, and work instructions to account for process changes, as directed.Prepares initial manufacturing sketches and routings per customer specifications and Company standards.Documents clear and technically accurate explanations for all project and process changes.Responds to internal customers in a timely manner and supports all efforts to ensure products meet customer requirements.As directed, dispositions product and any rework that may result.Clearly communicates technical information and answers standard questions.Utilizes time management and organizational skills to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.Proceeds under direct supervision and from detailed instructions.Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning.Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern Engineering operations.Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures.Accurately completes all required documentation. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read English and understand complex sketches, routings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
