The TLS Manager will work on our legal discussion site, Top-Law-Schools.com. You'll have a chance to take ownership of the direction of this company, planning new features and improving existing ones by working across technology, sales, marketing, product, and other functions to ensure that all of the pieces come together. Duties:
Counseling law school students as well as graduates on topics including LSAT deadlines, BAR prep, important events, and any topics pertaining to the law school field.
Ensuring website quality assurance: making sure the website is usable and current, with relevant information updated on a regular basis.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to:
Plan and launch products and features that help generate revenue and engagement.
Help define product strategy and vision.
Develop, implement, and manage the sales process.
Collaborate and manage the Customer Service Team to work closely with customers to ensure their success.
Suggest new product features and marketing strategies.
Research and develop various revenue streams.
Understand analytics and form conclusions based on data.
Provide ideas for new content.
Desired Skills:
3+ years or more working as a Product / Project Manager (we are willing to train motivated candidates who meet other requirements and/or have equivalent experience).
JD (do not need bar admittance).
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts.
Strong analytical skills, with a willingness to dive deeper into data.
Experience with managing mobile application development would be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with managing SaaS products a plus.
Excitement about the legal industry and how it's evolving.
Salary: Flexible depending on experience
