Overview: As a Production Supervisor at Clemens Food Group, you will lead and manage a production team in Offal operations. Starting at 5:00 am, you will ensure the smooth execution of daily production activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for training new team members, resolving issues, and driving operational efficiency while supporting the growth and development of your team.

Who You Are:
  • You demonstrate integrity, ethics, and stewardship, aligning with our core values to lead responsibly and fairly.
  • You bring experience in protein, meat, or food production environments, familiar with HACCP, SSOP, and USDA regulations, ensuring compliance and high operational standards.
  • Being bilingual would be preferred by not required (English/Spanish), enabling clear communication with a diverse team.
  • A motivated team player, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and lead by example.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, train, and coach team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and production goals.
  • Oversee daily production operations, performing checklists, product audits, and investigations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage compliance with HACCP/SSOP, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Use continuous improvement tools to identify process enhancements, support team engagement, and meet production schedules.
