Resolves employee issues as they arise
Hold employees accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production performance measures

Overseeing the manufacturing processes Understands department’s production area opportunities and challenges
Plan and communicate daily crew assignments, monitor job rotation, ensure training is provided
Monitor and adjust process to ensure even product flow

Daily management of work cells to meet metrics goals and department metrics Coordinate work to meet Delivery objectives
Work Load Balancing to ensure even flowing process - labor
Responsible for cross training to enable labor movement
Plan and communicate crewing and job assignments
Reinforce and implement improvements and waste elimination initiatives
Identify and communicate obstructions to meeting daily goals

Ensure all safety policies & practices are followed
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous management or coordination experience
