Certified Nursing Assistant | Inpatient Services

Here are some ways you'll serve patients:
- Critical monitoring, like obtaining blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and oxygen levels - so we can better assess patient health
- Transport patients to appointments and procedures - to get them the right care at the right time
- Interact with patients to promote comfort, and express compassion, and empathy as they heal
- Walking - It's one of the most important things we can do for our patients- and you get to help them do it safely
- Assist with activities of daily living - things we often take for granted that patients may be unable to, or need help doing, themselves. This can include eating, bathing, brushing teeth, toileting and more.
- 48 hours every two weeks | Variable days during the week
- 12-hour day and overnight shifts during the week | 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am
- Every third weekend 7am-7:30pm
- Rotating Holidays
- Starting pay begins at $18.15 per hour and increases with experience.
- Shift differentials for evenings and overnights.
- Benefits eligible: Medical, dental, vacation, retirement, employee discounts and more
- Certified as a Nursing Assistant on the Minnesota Registry.
- Some healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Must have current certification through the American Heart Association.
