Here are some ways you'll serve patients:

* Critical monitoring, like obtaining blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and oxygen levels - so we can better assess patient health
* Transport patients to appointments and procedures - to get them the right care at the right time
* Interact with patients to promote comfort, and express compassion, and empathy as they heal
* Walking - It's one of the most important things we can do for our patients- and you get to help them do it safely
* Assist with activities of daily living - things we often take for granted that patients may be unable to, or need help doing, themselves. This can include eating, bathing, brushing teeth, toileting and more.

Schedule:

* 48 hours every two weeks | Variable days during the week
* 12-hour day and overnight shifts during the week | 7pm-7:30am, 7am-7:30pm, every third weekend 7pm-7:30am
* Rotating Holidays

Pay and Benefit:

* Shift differentials for evenings and overnights
* Medical, Dental, Sick and Vacation, and more benefits available.
* Starting pay $18.15 per hour however, we pay more for experience.

Qualifications:

* Certified as a Nursing Assistant on the Minnesota Registry.
* Some healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Must have current certification through the American Heart Association.
