What You'll Do:

Lead, manage, and coordinate all sports programs at our facility.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers dedicated to fostering a love for sports among children.

Coordinate facility usage and equipment setup for games and practices.

Facilitate parent orientation meetings and coach training sessions.

Develop and communicate team schedules, sports rules, and guidelines.

Ensure program quality, adherence to standards, and implementation of safety procedures.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.

Minimum one year of supervisory experience in family involvement programs.

Current CPR, First Aid, Oxygen, and AED certifications.

Strong skills in administration, marketing, staff supervision, and fiscal management.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, demonstrate creativity, and motivate others effectively.
