Housing Works fights for funding and legislation to ensure that all people living with HIV/AIDS have access to quality housing, healthcare, HIV prevention, and treatment, among other lifesaving services.

Benefits:
We have three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary. Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. Compensation Range: $25/hr - $28/hr commensurate with experience

Overview:

Provide leadership and mentorship to Community Partnership team in a specified territory and assist team in developing community partners and achieving targets. Responsible for managing and advancing relationships with key strategic accounts and cultivating valued partnerships. Excels in all account management competencies and skills as it relates to opportunity identification, opportunity management and relationship management. Plays lead role in mentoring and onboarding other members of the Community Partnership team. This position will act as a brand ambassador to uphold and advance the values, ethics, knowledge of the mission and Housing Works' services with integrity. The right candidate will be sensitive, flexible and responsive to gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, age, sexual orientation or any special needs in their interactions with staff, clients and referral sources. This person has experience working with hard-to-reach populations and special populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with Regional Director to achieve Community Partnership goals and targets and provides regional leadership coverage when required.
  • Acts as a Mentor for Account Associates and Junior Account Manager and assists in developing their relationship building skills.
  • Manages Community Partnership Liaison placed in clinic and Wellness Liaisons assigned to accounts and works with Clinic Director to ensure client has access to care and an excellent customer experience.
  • Works with Regional Director to facilitate huddle calls/meetings with clinic director and clinic team. •Orients new staff on regional team and acts as onboarding mentor as needed.
  • Provides periodic field coaching to account management team in territory and completes required coaching documentation.
  • Manages key strategic community partners in a geographic territory.
  • Develops and manages a portfolio of 25-65 accounts and successfully achieves targets.
  • Assists in developing strategies to build new and existing referral relationships.
  • Prospects new accounts and develops into Referrers; achieves prospecting targets.
  • Tracks, monitors and creates reports to evaluate admissions to all line of business
  • Assists Account Associates and Junior Account Managers in qualifying accounts and sizing opportunity.
  • Takes a lead role on behalf of the regional account management team in regard to special projects.
  • Creates for team effective presentations as well as helps support account team on delivering effective educational programs.
  • Works with operational teams to create effective and efficient workflows.
  • Provides excellent customer services and takes initiative in solving problems and creating solutions.
  • Assists with Team Trainings and workshops.
  • Regularly meets with Community Partnership Leaders to discuss new opportunities, effective strategies and marketing support needs.
  • Develops annual account plans and works with Regional Director to develop annual regional community partnership strategic plan.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Outreach.
  • Experience working with at-risk populations a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnership relationship
  • Personal qualities of warmth, empathy and sense of responsibility are essential.
  • Valid driver's license preferred. Personal vehicle is a plus.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM database software is a plus
