Regional Manager - Midwest (Kansas City Office)
Description
Position Overview: Dragon Seats is expanding its operations and opening a new office in Kansas City, MO, to support a large part of the Midwest region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in this exciting venture. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and customer relationships across the Midwest, with a focus on the Kansas City area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the Midwest region.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, service and support staff to deliver exceptional results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and contractors throughout the Midwest.
Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or service management, preferably in sports industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of the Midwest market and experience working with sports venues or entertainment facilities is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
