Description
$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited ElderPlace participants to and from their destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon the individual geriatric participants' needs.
Providence PACE/ElderPlace is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives.
Required Qualifications:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
5 years driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
2 years driving experience, which includes:
Driving a large passenger van or small bus.
2 years of experience transporting people with special needs.
1 year experience in transporting individuals with special mobility needs.

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Pay Range: $19.97 - $30.29
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
