Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our organization. In this role, you will work closely with various departments and subject matter experts to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly SOPs that align with our operational needs and compliance requirements. Your documentation will help ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy across all business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to gather information and understand processes.
Develop, write, and edit SOPs, guidelines, and manuals for various functions.
Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Translate complex processes into easily understandable and actionable documents.
Maintain an organized library of all SOPs and ensure version control.
Conduct interviews and meetings with subject matter experts to clarify technical details.
Ensure that all SOPs are reviewed, updated, and approved regularly.
Recommend improvements and standardization where necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably with a focus on SOPs or operational documentation.
Strong understanding of technical writing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify and clarify complex information for a non-technical audience.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, documentation tools, and version control systems.
