Old Republic Title is seeking an innovative and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead our talent and leadership initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll drive meaningful change by crafting impactful programs that enhance employee experience, boost engagement, and cultivate the next generation of leaders. This is a hybrid position that requires in office attendance 2 days per week at our Minnetonka, MN office.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and refine leadership programs to ensure they align with business goals and foster growth across the organization.
  • Create a plan to scale manager training, ensuring that all leaders receive the tools and support they need to thrive.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to proactively identify opportunities for talent development and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deliver and manage a range of training and development programs, ensuring a smooth rollout and impactful results.
  • Regularly evaluate learning programs, leveraging data and outcomes to refine and optimize content.
  • Assess and anticipate organizational needs to design training that supports long-term goals, including talent succession planning and targeted skill-building.
  • Design and deliver training materials tailored to different levels within the company, collaborating with HR business partners to facilitate training sessions.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Learning to enhance ongoing development initiatives, ensuring all employees have access to high-quality resources.
  • Conduct needs assessments to ensure that programs are precisely aligned with employee development goals and business requirements.
  • Oversee a variety of learning initiatives, delivering tailored programs for different audiences with efficiency and precision.
What We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree is a plus.
  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years in human resources or leadership roles with a strong track record in program management, talent development, and leadership training.
  • Leadership Development Expertise: Proven experience managing and delivering leadership programs that make an impact.
  • Analytical and Strategic Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; ability to approach challenges with a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated success working across HR functions and with business partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Succession and Talent Planning: Skilled in managing succession planning processes, conducting talent reviews, and developing competency models.
  • Commitment to Inclusion: A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion within leadership and talent initiatives.
  • Project Management Prowess: Excellent project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and deliver results on time.
  • Flexible Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 10-20%
