What You'll Do:

As a Claim Assistant, you'll provide critical support to our Claims team, with a focus on compliance. Here's a sneak peek at your responsibilities:
  • Keep Us Organized: Submit Third-Party Administrator (TPA) responses to Department of Insurance (DOI) complaints and manage compliance forms.
  • Track the Fines: Monitor and manage DOI fines, billing, and reimbursements with precision.
  • Data Guru: Compile data for audits, state queries, and regulatory updates.
  • Legal Coordination: Provide claim documentation to attorneys for DOI-related matters.
  • Compliance Whiz: Coordinate security notifications and annual reporting while auditing TPA files.
  • Team Player: Support various claim functions and help drive success across the department.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in a related role; workers' compensation experience preferred.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to handle multiple priorities with ease.
