Requirements:

Experience and Education:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is a plus.

Sales Skills:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Guest Service:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with guests.

Product Knowledge:
