Coors Distributing Company (CDC) is one of the nation's leading beer distributors based out of Denver, CO. We are the critical link between our brewery suppliers that produce the beer and the retail outlets where they are sold, as well as the restaurants and bars where they are consumed. We were founded in 1971 and became a MillerCoors LLC in 2008 as part of the joint venture between Miller Brewing Company and Coors Brewing Company, and we remain the only company owned distributor for Molson Coors Beverage Company. Major brand acquisitions occurred in January of 2010 making Coors Distributing Company one of the top 25 largest beer distributors in the country with over 30 suppliers, roughly 14 million cases per year, and nearly 400 employees.

The Headlines:

In the role of Warehouse Team Lead Operator working in Denver, Colorado you will be part of the Warehouse Team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of the company's products (cases and kegs) using various types of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Work with minimal supervision throughout day and can solve problems with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment. This position is subject to varying start times and all work must be completed daily.

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with the warehouse team.

The Responsibilites:
  • Lead communication efforts in the warehouse department on upcoming changes to policy, processes, and operations results.
  • Provide effective employee relations to improve engagement and culture.
  • Lead safety efforts within your peer group through behavioral observations, proactive unsafe behavior correction and highly effective communication across the warehouse team and upwards through management.
  • Train, mentor, and lead co-workers utilizing the How We Work attributes as a guide and expectations.
  • Work with Supervisors to develop and grow leadership capabilities.

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • You possess excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and listening skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early, late, and occasional weekends (may require Sunday through Thursday schedule, based on Warehouse needs)
  • You are forklift certified.
