Regional Director of Operations
Location: State Regions – KY, TN

As the Regional Director of Operations, you will lead the Operations and Sales efforts across multiple assisted living communities within your region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies, mentor on-site sales teams, and drive occupancy growth. This is a dynamic role for a proven operations and sales professional with a track record in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare services who is ready to elevate their career with a purpose-driven organization.

This Regional Position is new to our company. Essential Duties:

Create and follow a strategic business plan to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.

Manage sales and follow a sales process through closing.

Create urgency with prospects to increase conversion rates.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects and referral sources.

Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and their families.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the assisted living or healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of senior living regulations, services, and market trends.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
