Qualifications:
Bachelor's preferred
MUST HAVE experience in skilled nursing facility admission/ marketing and referral assessments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Clinical knowledge to read referrals, assess patient needs, and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our communities.
Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our communities.
Provide onsite support at hospitals and assist potential clients with making their community of choice and assist case management with finding the appropriate skilled nursing community for their referrals.
Engage facilities with the communities they serve by providing outreach programs to local senior organizations and senior living communities.
Work with communities to build and implement business development plans to achieve census goals as well as increase referral sources and overall market share.
