Job Description Summary:
Join the OhioHealth team as a home health LPN Experience one on one patient care, a flexible schedule, and a great benefits package. Home health LPN’s work with an RN and an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team with a reasonable and fair weekend rotation and a flexible schedule with no on-call. Home health LPN’s provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the RN and patient’s provider.Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma (Required)DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree from an accredited school or program of practical nursing
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable
- Minimum of eighteen (18) years old
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
