Job Title: LPN - Homecare - Dayshift

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services to patients in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
