Residential Real Estate Closing Firm in Stockbridge, GA is looking to add a Real Estate Closer to their team. Will Train for 2 weeks in  our Midtown office.

Salary 45k-55k plus Bonus

As a Real Estate Closer, you will play a crucial role in finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring that all aspects of the closing process are handled efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include managing the closing process from start to finish, coordinating with various parties, and utilizing SoftPro software to facilitate and streamline transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.• SoftPro Utilization: Use SoftPro software to prepare and review closing documents, manage escrow accounts, and generate closing statements.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
  • Document Review: Review and verify all documents related to the transaction, including title reports, loan documents, and settlement statements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process to avoid delays.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Closer or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of the closing process.
  • SoftPro Proficiency: Proficiency in using SoftPro software for transaction management.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate procedures, legal requirements, and closing documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and professionals.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and address issues to ensure a smooth closing process.

Education and Certification:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification: Real estate license and/or certification in closing or title services is a plus

Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
