Water Damage Restoration Technician

Responsibilities:
- Water damage, mold remediation, and smoke/fire damage cleanup
- Demolition
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Manage daily scope of work dealing with water/mold/fire mitigation
- Emergency services after hours on a rotating basis
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License (satisfactory driving record)
- Complete a background check
- Good verbal, written, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- Physically able to work in PPE
- Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance
- IICRC or RIA Certification is a plus, but not a requirement
