Water Damage Restoration Technician

We are a full-service restoration company looking for a water, mold, and fire restoration technician. We a looking for hardworking, down-to-earth, fun people who love helping people. Pacific is a family-owned company that provides services to people who have had property damages.

Responsibilities:
  • Water damage, mold remediation, and smoke/fire damage cleanup
  • Demolition
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Manage daily scope of work dealing with water/mold/fire mitigation
  • Emergency services after hours on a rotating basis
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License (satisfactory driving record)
  • Complete a background check
  • Good verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Physically able to work in PPE
  • Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance
  • IICRC or RIA Certification is a plus, but not a requirement
