Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction and Service:
  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Seating Management and Atmosphere:
  • Manage table assignments and seating flow to maximize comfort and restaurant efficiency.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant ambiance.

Order Coordination and Serving:
  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation.
  • Serve meals and drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

Customer Experience Enhancement:
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
