Dental Administrative Assistant

You will provide basic clinical (90%) and administrative (10%) support for our receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists.

No dental experience is needed You will be on your feet for most of the day.
We are looking for a reliable, quick learner, and fun individual to join our team

If you have excellent customer service and have worked in the hospitality/service industry we want to meet you
Our mission: 
Deliver customized comprehensive care while providing excellent customer service.
Your schedule: M, T, W, Th. 8:15am-5:00pm; 1 hour for lunch.

Must be able to:
  • Be on your feet for most of the day.
  • Perform instrument sterilization and room turnover. This is 90% of your job duties (we will train)
  • Perform office cleanliness and tidiness (bathroom, lobby, hallways).
  • Display confidence and empathy when connecting with patients on the phone and in person to address their needs.
  • Follow the schedule accurately and bring patients to treatment rooms on time. 
  • Multitask while being punctual. 
  • Assist colleagues with basic tasks and documentation.
  • Work without selfish behavior. We work together to grow the office together.
  • Be drama free, dependable, and coachable.
  • Quickly learn computer tasks, software, electronic patient charts (HIPAA compliant–will train)

Job Details:
  • Starting at $18/hr M-Th based on personality, experience, and ability to learn new skills
  • 5 paid sick/vacation days
  • Other benefits available after certain period of employment
