Receptionist - Weekend

Forest View Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking  weekend front desk receptionist (security). Hours are   8am-2pm, Saturday and Sunday.  If calling, please call during week 9-4.

Responsibilities include: 
  • Greeting staff and visitors in a cordial manner, making them feel welcome as they enter the facility.
  • Assisting visitors checking in on the kiosks.
  • Keeping a constant watch on facility exits, making sure no resident exits the facility unattended.
  • Receiving phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties or taking messages.
  • Miscellaneous ad hoc clerical duties.

The ideal receptionist candidate will have the following experience: 
  • Healthcare facility office experience.
  • Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. 
  • Professionalism.
  • Experience handling sensitive information.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Covid vaccines.
