  • Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain.
  • 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following:
    • Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
  • Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi.

The Personalization Technical Specialist position is responsible for the execution of products, templates, font, and machine configuration in new Pulse system. Understanding of background execution of machine settings and IT Paths to ensure full production readiness

The Personalization Technical Specialist position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ. You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will….
  • Build and configure templates, products, and fonts within AI, Pulse, and DG Embroidery Software.
  • Run Personalization morning reports for specific warehouse and assist with production planning.
  • Ability to work with on floor production team to assist with training and new machine development.
  • Assist with procurement of PZ Supplies.
  • Assist with B2B orders and STWs.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless production execution.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator for a multitude of projects.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot issues with production machines as well as all production systems.
  • Be sensitive to tight timelines and customer delivery commitments.
  • Must have good attendance and be a team player.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of heavy experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to work as a team.
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
We prefer some of these qualities as well:
  • At least 2-4 years’ work experience in computer operations, trouble-shooting hardware and running production machines.
  • Strong grasp of Pulse PZ System, PZ Capabilities, and full product development.
  • Experience with Oracle Procurement.
  • Understanding of distribution center workflow.

  • Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
  • Able to use computer for an extended period.
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting for long periods.
  • Comfortable walking 50% of shift.
