Requirements: 
  • Valid and Active Psychology State license.
  • 1 year experience.

Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to diagnose learning disabilities and emotional disorders in students.
  • Create and implement personalized plans for academic and socio-emotional growth, including counseling when necessary.
  • Partner with educators, parents, and administrators to devise strategies for students with special needs.
  • Aid in creating and adjusting behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors.
  • Develop preventive programs addressing issues like bullying, substance abuse, and mental health awareness.
  • Offer training to parents and educators on child development, behavior management, and effective learning strategies.
  • Analyze student performance and behavior data to guide interventions.
  • Maintain precise, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
  • Collaborate with school professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
