Principally, the role of the Entry Level Site Clerk is to support the construction site staff with administrative duties. This position requires 32-40 hours per week. The rate of pay is $18.00 per hour. The ideal candidate is good with spreadsheets and can work with minimal supervision. The construction site location is in Okatie, SC. This is a temporary position.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage all paperwork- packing slips, delivery tickets, fuel tracking, and project journals.
  • Daily communication with administrative staff.
  • Data Entry.

Basic Skills:
  • Speaking, reading, writing, and basic business communication.
  • Ability to work constructively in a team environment and independently.
  • Must be attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and be professional and courteous when working with others.
  • Motivated, organized, and professional appearance.

Education and Experience:
  • Previous golf course construction experience is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Previous experience in survey and mapping along with computer-related skills required to process and distribute information for Clients, billing, and as-built documents is an asset but not a requirement.
  • The postsecondary diploma is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong Excel skills.

Training will be provided.

Job Type: Temporary.

Salary: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend availability.

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Okatie, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. (Required).

Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year. (Required).
