We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Contract Manufacturing Sales to lead our efforts in expanding and managing client relationships within the liquid food manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. 
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow market share within the liquid food manufacturing industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for contract manufacturing of liquid food products, including beverages, sauces, and nutritional drinks.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations, including food and beverage brands and retailers.
  • Act as the primary contact for major accounts, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the liquid food sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and address potential threats, including innovation in product offerings and packaging.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and other departments to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to clients.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs specific to liquid food manufacturing, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Contract Negotiation & Management:
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and client specifications related to liquid food products.
  • Address and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the liquid food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in contract manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of liquid food manufacturing processes, industry regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
