Doorby Property Management is a real estate management company. We manage the investment properties of our clients. We coordinate the rental, maintenance, and other tasks relating to the management of a real estate property. We were founded in 2020 in Chattanooga, TN.

About the role:
High-level problem-solving and customer service skills are highly valued. The ability and willingness to get dirty often. You will be lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working tools. You will be asked to fill in on other roles, as needed, such as helping change lock sets, moving furniture after an eviction, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Seeing a job through from start to finish.
  • Picking up supplies from our supply houses.
  • Following the scope of work and not deviating from it without consent from your supervisor.
  • Tracking your hours for each job.
  • Submit your notes (description of work done), time on the job, photos, and receipts to your supervisor.
  • Taking care of the property you are assigned until work is completed.
  • Being efficient on the job. A time budget will be given for when the job should be completed. 
  • Communication with the supervisor will be given if the job is prolonged.
