Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment within our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to landscaping, door and window install, drywall, paint, gutters, electrical, plumbing, garage doors etc.

Duties:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Fabricate and install parts as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience with stick welding and fabrication.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and industrial electrician work.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
