Job Description:The Loss Prevention Specialist for Bulk Apothecary will work on-site in our Aurora, OH Distribution Facility in the Customer Service Department.  He/She will be assisting with monitoring, processing and analyzing refunds, store credits and reworks.  An ideal candidate would have a blend of effective communication skills, investigative skills and customer empathy while maintaining a stance on the best interest of the company.  Must be detailed oriented.  He/She will be responsible for completing daily refund/store credits tasks as well as communicating effectively with customers and team members throughout the organization.  Hours of operation can vary  Monday - Friday 7:00 - 4:00.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Audit Shipstation weekly for orders that still appear active but have been refunded
  • Verify reworks for accuracy and track loss through Shipping Errors sheet
  • Process PayPal disputes daily
  • Manage tax exempt customers
  • Communicate with Customer Service to enforce refund, return and store credit policies
  • Coordinate with Returns Specialist daily
  • Processes returns
  • Work across departments to implement money saving strategies
  • Process claims through UPS Capital for UPS, Fed Ex, USPS and Amazon.
  • Processing Refund and Store Credit Sheet
    • Verify refund requests fall within company policy
    • Follow up if needed
  • Help Scout emails, Big Commerce messages and Live Chat Tickets
    • Process all that pertain to refunds and store credits daily
    • Help Customer Service if needed
  • Pick Floor Refunds
    • Verify line items are split properly prior to processing
    • Note customers account
    • Email the customer the details of the refund
    • Notify inventory if line items are still available on the website to have them removed
  • Develop reports for Store Credits, Returns and Reworks
  • Perform additional duties or tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation and math skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Independent - Ability to drive results with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to manage spreadsheets and pivot tables
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
