As the Organizational Development Practitioner, you will provide thought leadership and consulting on a full array of OD and talent practices. Drawing upon best practices and emerging trends/technologies, you will help to inform and shape talent roadmap for the business. Ideal candidates are strong conceptualizers with demonstrated experience in implementing talent processes, programs and tools that are aligned with business strategy and organizational culture, as well as highly pragmatic to implement.

  • Talent Management – talent reviews, talent segmentation, succession planning, leadership development, pipeline identification and development
  • Transformational Change – change management methodologies, practices, and tools
  • Org Design/Structure – advising on org structures that best enable achievement of business strategies

  • GenerativeAI – potential applications and general understanding of how it reshapes work and roles
