Innovative Tech Company looking for experienced Bookkeeper/Human Resources Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in the field. Exceptional skills in QuickBooks and Excel is a must Position requires a self- motivated, team player with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

Administrative Duties:
  • Manage company email inbox
  • Act as Assistant to CTO, including but not limited to, emails, travel arrangements, scheduling and calendar maintenance.
  • Maintain files and perform annual purge based on record retention standards
  • Ensure current status of all Company certificates, licenses and other professional business documents
  • General office duties as directed by CEO/CTO
Bookkeeping Duties:
  • Perform all A/R, A/P, budgeting functions
  • Produce Month end close, reconciliations and adjusting entries
  • Perform all payroll functions, including but not limited to, bi-weekly payroll, Federal and State tax reporting
  • Prepare sales projections/financial analysis as directed by CEO/CTO
  • Assist external CPA firm in tax preparation, filings and financial reporting/review
  • Track contracts, timelines and draw schedules
  • Oversee client financial interactions, including but not limited to, invoicing, billing questions, collections and related records maintenance
  • Pay company credit cards and allocate expenses to accounts
HR Duties
  • Maintain Employee Handbook. Update annually as needed.
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new employees and off-boarding process for termed employees
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters to new hires for signature
  • Coordinate Visa applications and other document procession with the CTO
  • Respond to employee inquiries about PTO and other HR questions
  • Ensure adequate reporting for bi-weekly payroll
  • Collaborate with Managers on hiring needs
  • Maintain employee files
