  • Customer Service Experience: Develop best-in-class customer service experience, including order entry, social media, and eCommerce across multiple sales channels. 
  • Content Creation: Lead the marketing team in creating content for all stages of the digital sales experience.
  • Social Media Support: Assist in creating artwork and copy for social media posts.
  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize website content for search engines and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Use data to enhance marketing efforts and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Insights: Provide data-driven insights on customer behavior for product development and marketing.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product development, design, finance, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing activities.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, goal setting, KPI metrics, and coaching.

Highlighted Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, business analytics, or related field. Master’s degree in marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years in marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience developing and executing cost-effective marketing strategies for small to medium-sized companies.
  • Proficiency across all digital marketing channels.
  • Experience leading eCommerce efforts and managing digital customer experiences.
  • Previous e-Commerce experience with THD, Amazon, etc. required. 
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to team development through feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
