Food Manufacturing Associate(s) Choice Bakery Products3421 Truax Court, Eau Claire, WI  Regular Full-time with benefits (40 hours/week) Monday through Thursday   Day shift:  7:00 to 5:30 pm (general)  3-day weekends (Friday thru Sunday) Occasional overtime  Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour paid bi-weekly   Choice Bakery is a private family-owned business in the food industry for Fundraising.  The job consists of working in the food production line where we make cookie dough and pizza snacks.  The production line makes these products along with packaging and boxing the product.  We have two production areas. This process plays a vital process in our business. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and work at various stations within the food production line.
  • Assist with set up of daily production of equipment and product to be run.
  • Manually package products into various packages.
  • Ensure packages are properly sealed.
  • Ensure labeling is properly affixed.
  • Stack products or boxes of products on pallets.
  • Work in a cooler environment.
  • Willingness to learn and be backups to each role in the production line.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Operate a forklift moving pallets of product for production (forklift experience operators only).
 Qualifications: 
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not necessary)
  • Food production experience preferred but not necessary. 
  • Be reliable and dependable.
  • Accuracy, and good organization skills .
  • Willingness to work with others.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Ability to catch on quickly.
  • Good verbal communication. 
  • Work safely around equipment. 
  • Knowledge and experience working in a food production industry/manufacturing facility (preferred, not necessary).
