We are pleased to offer the following sign on bonuses for your degree:
  • $500 for a CDA.
  • $750 for an Associate’s degree.
  • $1,000 for a Bachelor’s degree.

Upon hire, you will need to provide the official transcripts for your college degree.

Educator and Family Support Specialist is responsible for classroom support & coverage, family support, outreach and recruitment. Must have transportation as weekly outreach in the communities we serve is required. Responsibilities also include participating in parent meetings and family events as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in ECE or Human Services required. (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Must be EEC Teacher qualified or willing to become certified, $19.00 per hour or higher depending on level of education and certification.
  • Candidates who speak Spanish preferred.
