Still with us? Great. We’re looking for someone to come in and help us take Good Burrito Co. to the next level. You’ll be working alongside the owners who will support and train you but give you the freedom to really grow the business.
Some specific responsibilities the Director of Restaurants will include:

  • Driving our high-quality employee standards: maintaining fully staffed restaurants, developing and promoting team members, holding the team accountable to standards.
  • Resolving any customer complaints and getting engaged in the local communities.
  • Exhibiting strong business acumen: developing initiatives to build sales, increasing profitability and growing the guest count of the restaurants.
  • Taking pride in presenting quality food: ensuring that all menu items are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients and according to Good Burrito Co.’s recipes and standards.

Specific qualifications include:
  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager or above experience.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and organize.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Computer skills, Google Sheets and Docs.
  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.

We’ve been doing just that since 2015 and in 2022 we opened another location in Manheim.
Serving excellent food in a creative environment and warm atmosphere is a noble thing. Being a gathering place for the community is a worthy endeavor.
