 Skills/Experience:
  • 5 years or more, working as a "hands-on" construction in both new and remodeling construction environments.
  • Project management experience of more than 5 years
  • Estimating experience in Xactimate or similar programs. 
  • Computer skills to an advanced level in CRM. spreadsheets, Microsoft suite. 
  • Able to build relationships with trades and contractors. 
  • High level of communication both verbal and written.
